Public notification and stakeholder identification has ensured robust opportunities for public participation in the development milestones of the Cat Creek Energy & Water Storage Power Station (CCEW). This commitment to involve public agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders in the project will continue long after CCEW is operational. Specific opportunities for engagement continue throughout the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) hydropower licensing process and the Bureau of Reclamation’s Lease of Power Privilege process. Relevant notices and public documents related to CCEW’s hydropower licensing process are available from the FERC elibrary at Docket #14655. Sign up for notices here.
